About the Role: 

The Associate Account Manager (AAM) is responsible for capturing and generating demand for Mynd’s property management services.

This role is focused on top of the funnel lead generation through a high volume of phone and email prospecting and qualifying.  You will work closely with both sales and marketing to field and qualify inbound inquiries and execute upon campaigns.


  • Become a product and industry expert, able to walk owners and investors through our offering.
  • Identify sales opportunities within target verticals and territories, facilitating outreach to warm and cold prospects in order to build top of funnel opportunities for our sales team.
  • Make high-volume calls daily (70-90 on average) to build and manage lead development pipeline.
  • Foster and qualify new leads that turn into quality sales conversations for the team.
  • Actively prospect in defined territories to supplement inbound pipeline.
  • Track and report on success metrics, including pipeline generation and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with heads of Sales and Marketing to constantly approve our approach, tools, messaging, etc.
  • Quickly build confidence with prospects.
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Mynd’s offerings – and clearly articulate its capabilities and advantages as well as the Company’s value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Proactively keep up with knowledge on company product, competitors, and market knowledge via website, online webinars, marketing information, and research.

  • Effective and skillful communication skills; writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling
  • A strong work ethic, and an earnest willingness to learn

  • Tech savvy with the ability to use G-Suite products, Salesforce, etc.
