People operations has an immediate need for an Associate Recruiter who is on top of their game. In addition to traditional human resources functions, our People Operations team is responsible for finding, engaging, and on-boarding our remarkable network of Mod Contractors, the remote freelancers we engage around the world to perform outsourced services like content moderation, customer support, community management, and social media. In this role, you will be responsible for high volume, full life cycle recruiting.
You will recruit both employees and Mod Contractors around the world by utilizing innovative and creative sourcing and engagement methods, including online sourcing, social media, and grassroots outreach programs.
What you will do:High volume recruitingIdentify and recruit new contractors into our global Mod network, via database mining, internet searches, direct sourcing, grassroots in-field networking, campus recruiting, referral programs, and involvement with community organizations/networksSource and recruit corporate ModSquad employee positions worldwideConduct phone screens and/or interviews with candidates to assess their fit for not only the position but the company itselfSchedule phone interviews with managers and candidatesKeep current on the latest and newest sourcing methods by networking within key communities, reviewing blogs, and being active in social networking communitiesPromote ModSquad as an employer of choice on social media, through networking and when speaking to candidatesMaintain real time applicant tracking in ModSquad's ATSIn addition, you will assist the HR Ops team as needed by working on tickets for onboarding, etcThis is a remote position and will require working 4 hours on Saturday once a month.
Who you are:A minimum of 2+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting for high-volume companies. Experience recruiting contractors for call center/customer service environments or in the direct selling space is a plusA minimum of 1 year experience with conducting a high volume of phone screens and/or phone interviewsBachelor's degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources or related field is PreferredDemonstrated knowledge of sourcing through social media platformsATS experienceAble to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, geographically dispersed team environment.Sense of humor and a love for all things recruiting and building networks
