The Business Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the rapid growth of the ReCharge organization. Reporting into the COO, the role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, operations, research, and analysis - requiring a mix of market analysis and business operational support. Projects will range from strategic to highly operational, including evaluating how we scale select teams, owning special projects, regular review of key performance metrics and cascading communication to department heads. This role requires interaction with large parts of the organization and provides high visibility to senior executives. The right candidate will have relentless curiosity, can deal with ambiguity, excels at extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action.
