The Xbox Game Studios Publishing team is looking for a Community Manager to help us announce, launch and sustain a community for a brand-new game. Key responsibilities include:Create high-quality content for the game’s official channels highlighting news and updates—including blogs, newsletters, and imagesResponsively engage with community on all owned social channelsDevelop a deep knowledge of the game to create compelling content and speak to the community with an authentic brand voiceMonitor trends in sentiment specific to game’s community, escalate where appropriate, and produce regular reports to highlight community concerns and risks
Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Community Management, content creation for a brand, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with visual content-generation software, such as PhotoshopExpertise with major social media platforms, especially the nuances of publishing content to eachAn eye for quality and attention to detail to deliver high quality content on a tight deadlinePassion for and understanding of gaming and gaming culture
The ideal candidate will also possess:Proficiency with video production tools such as After Effects or PremiereProficiency with CRM tools such as Sprinklr and WordPress
