We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a CRM Administrator to join the Revenue Operations Team and help manage Workable’s CRM system. This individual will be highly organized, collaborative and will thrive in a high energy, international, work environment. S/he will have an attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and enjoys problem-solving daily challenges.

This role will partner closely with various Revenue Operations team members and business leaders to understand business needs, enhance system functionality with customizations and reporting, provide best practice recommendations, manage user permissions for a range of roles and ensure optimal system performance. You will work within a fast-growing sales environment to ensure core systems are reliable, accurate, and optimized for day-to-day use by end-users as well as for the delivery of key insights to leadership.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understand Workable's commercial operation, the challenges, objectives, and day to day work of each commercial team; help the teams improve their operation and productivity through Salesforce administration, process optimization and consultation
  • Provide system administration support to our current CRM implementation (, especially related to user permissions/profiles/hierarchies, custom objects and workflows
  • Create, manage and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation rules, and approval processes
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports and dashboards
  • Analyze data and create reports that provide team members and managers with insights into the operation, effectiveness, and productivity of each team
  • Work closely with other Revenue Operations and Business Systems team members to capture and identify business requirements and use them to design and implement solutions on the CRM platform
  • Coordinate and support integrations with third party Apps, plugins and tools
  • Support the rest of the Revenue Operations team in the day-to-day troubleshooting/bug fixing and end-user support, ensuring user adoption and respective training/documentation
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintain high level of data integrity daily
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials for super-users and end-users
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities/deadlines including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of CRM Administration (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Siebel / Oracle CRM, SAP, Zoho CRM, Sage CRM, SugarCRM)
  • Experience working directly with Sales teams, consulting them on CRM best practices and gathering, documenting, designing and implementing their requirements in the CRM system
  • Proven ability to administer and configure CRM system (e.g. custom objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, process builders, triggers, permissions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, data analysis/modeling
  • Proven ability to quickly analyze an issue by identifying root causes and mitigation path
  • Strong communication, effective listening and collaboration skills

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in Classic or Lightning
  • Administrator Certification
  • Experience with SOQL/Workbench
  • Experience with tools we integrate with such as: Outreach, Hubspot, Conga Composer/Sign, Netsuite
  • Familiarity with lead/account based marketing and tools (e.g. enrichment) is a plus
