Our "Mods" specialize in digital engagement: moderating content, chatting with customers, managing communities, checking for bugs, and buzzing in social media. Our culture is casual and flexible while maintaining high standards for work quality and professionalism.

Tasks and Specifics - You'll handle the following types of issues, via phones, chat and email:

  • Shipping Issues 
  • Order Updates 
  • Refunds 
  • Retention Offers 
  • Returns 
  • Warranty Claims
  • Placing Orders
  • Candidate Criteria:

  • Available for a minimum 20 hours/week is a MUST
  • Must be available to to start orientation ASAP.
  • Must be able to work from our Sacramento office.
  • Must commit to a minimum of 3 months on the project
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written 
  • E-commerce CS experience 
  • Active listening skills
  • Empathy 
  • Multi-Tasking skills
  • Suggestive Selling skills
