Calling all Fashion Lovers!

We are looking for Sacramento-area Onsite Representatives who enjoy and have experience in fashion and are looking to become part of an in-office team that values learning, teamwork, and providing quality support.

Project Details:

  • Agents are responsible for taking incoming calls and chats, answering tickets, and offering customer callbacks, so having experience and confidence in customer support over the phone is an absolute necessity. 
  • Your verbal and written communication must be professional at all times. 
  • Orientation includes self-paced and live orientation sessions and regular guidance thereafter. We operate as a team to ensure that every member has the skills and opportunities to excel. 
  • Team members who maintain a high quality of work have the opportunity to attend paid quarterly on-site knowledge-building sessions with the client. 
  • This project operates out of the Sacramento office, so you must be willing and able to commute.
  • The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A passion for fashion, fabrics, and body positivity! 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Exemplary customer service skills – the abilities to exercise empathy, to use active listening, to make smart use of available resources to find the best resolution for customers 
  • Phone and chat support and customer service experience 
  • Experience with Google Docs and Zendesk or a similar helpdesk application is a plus but not required 
  • Ability and willingness to commute to the Sacramento office 
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute 
  • Retail experience is a big plus!
