Our client works with the newest players in health and fitness. Their role is to take new brands in the health and fitness industry under their wing and ensure their success.

This is a chat and ticket project.

Essential:

  • Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk or something similar
  • Ability to multitask (use Live Chat and email during the same shift)
  • Customer service experience
  • Great sense of empathy
  • Very proactive with giving feedback
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Creative with solutions
  • Keen eye for trends
  • Desirable:

  • Experience with Checkout.com
  • General interest in health and fitness
