The Ideal Mod:Has customer service experience. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has experience using streaming services. Is flexible and has at least 15 hours of availability each weekHas a quiet environment to take calls and a working headset.Is used to work in a multilingual, busy teamIs able to learn large amounts of materials and able to help assist other members of the team who require additional assistance and supportIs good at following workflows but also at recognising edge cases and adopting a common sense approachIs good at escalating to management, keeping an open, honest conversation about trends, main issues and pain points Is used to working with backend toolsIs willing to install ModSquad security software on their work computer and a 2FA app on their phone (Duo Mobile)Zendesk experience is a HUGE plus!
