Digital Marketing Administrator (Philippines only)

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Administrator role is responsible for providing the needed admin support to Ylopo’s Facebook Team.

The Digital Marketing Administrator will also provide assistance to the projects implemented by Facebook leadership and is under the direct supervision of the Director of Digital Marketing.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Daily distribution of tickets to the team
  • Assigning budget change requests to billing for approval
  • Update the Tableau Daily Leads Distribution report daily
  • Prepare monthly budget pacing schedule
  • Prepare monthly PTO schedule
  • Monitoring daily budget adjustments in pacing
  • Update Party Locations in Strypes
  • Changing budgets of individual Listing Rocket ads
  • Preparing list of Marketing Areas for client set up
  • Updating remarketing audience

Requirements:

  • Experience with platforms such as Zendesk Support, Helpscout, Salesforce, Etc is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google sheet or Excel formulas, Pivot, and Charts
  • Work experience as an Admin Assistant, preferably in a Digital Marketing environment
  • Fast-learner and can efficiently function in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and can work independently
  • Great analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and oral


System Requirements:

  • Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equivalent is highly required
  • Ram should be at least 8 gigs with 100 Gb Free disk space
  • Headset with noise-canceling feature
  • At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main isp (DSL or fiber)
  • For backup isp, preferably Pocket wifi, Prepaid home wifi (strictly no USB Sticks allowed)


Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
