Rollbar is looking for a Director of Agile to help our product squads continuously improve their use of Agile principles and practices. You will work across product management, design and engineering to help teams improve their agility and effectiveness in delivering value to our customers.
You will:Own the agile practice at Rollbar and define software development best practices and processesBring the latest innovative ideas and tools from the Agile community to increase team agility & effectivenessCoach product managers, engineers and designers on agile planning, estimation, self organization, and continuous improvementFacilitate strong information flow across the development organizationRecommend, develop and utilizes metrics (velocity, quality etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and partner across development and product to drive improvementsAct as Scrum Master for 2-3 teamsRecruit and manage a team of passionate agile program managers
You have: 7+ years Agile experience experience with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban in an Enterprise SaaS companyProven track record of using agile methodologies to improve software team agility and effectiveness Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationSenior Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by example and influence team behaviorExcellent presentation and training skillsHave successfully built a team of agile program managers A technical background in web or software development, or otherwise a sophisticated understanding of product development and deliveryCertified ScrumMaster and Product Owner or equivalent
