We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to partner with our Marketing, Product and Sales teams to lead cross-functional development of corporate positioning, proof of value and messaging as well as strategic product initiatives from design to delivery/launch and through the life of the product.
You will:Partner with VP of Marketing to create corporate positioning, POV, and overall campaign messaging assetsCreate and maintain buyer personas across enterprise, mid-market sectorsDevelop and create market sizing and segmentation and work with demand generation and growth marketing teams to incorporate in marketing campaignsBecome the expert on our customers, industry trends and players in the market through detailed analysis of competitors, use case scenarios, and customer problemsMaintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead researchWork with customer-facing marketing and sales teams to develop compelling content and enablement tools to accelerate the buyers journey, including landing pages, blog posts, brochures, case studies, other special content and videosEnable sales teams to effectively use marketing materials including demos and pitch decksDevelop and execute website enhancement projects to support marketing campaigns and programsDevelop and conduct extensive market research surveys and in-depth customer interviews
You have:Experienced in marketing with 6+ years working experience.Ability to think strategically and have long term vision for building on the foundation for the product marketing disciplineAction oriented and driven by resultsObsessive about understanding customers and their challengesAble to prioritize and adapt. You possess the ability to work on multiple projects while focusing the right level of effort on eachPassionate about understanding and explaining your products, especially through the written wordVery strong with written communication (writing samples required)Skilled at editing. Ability to make original source clear and conciseA performance marketer skilled in using data-driven metrics to develop, tune, and optimize marketing performanceA happy extrovert who loves to teach and inspire
