  • Familiarity with Zendesk
  • Experience with ticket, chat, and phone support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft freehand responses
  • Minimum 10 hours per week
  • 90-day project commitment
  • Quiet workspace for taking calls
  • Has phone that can be used to access client's app
  • Can start orientation ASAP!
