About the Role:

Mynd is looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to manage paid search as an acquisition channel. The Growth Marketing Analyst  is a cross-functional thought partner, working closely with other departments to meet initiatives and goals. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-managing, and thrives  working in a fast paced start-up environment.  

Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role will be crucial to accelerate direct growth for the company after establishing a foothold as an innovating tech-enabled property management platform in 19 markets and growing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build & optimize Google, Bing & Yahoo search campaigns 
  • Actively test and evaluate keywords, advertising copy, landing pages in close collaboration with Design, Copy, and Product teams
  • Analyze data (marketing & customer based) to track progress towards growth and efficiency goals
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other departments, such as the Product and Technology teams, to test and optimize acquisition and engagement opportunities 
  • Contribute to other growth marketing channels (e.g., display, paid social) as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+  years of experience in a high performing digital/growth marketing role, with a focus on consumer acquisition
  • 1+ years of direct experience in paid search (preferred) and experience using Google Adwords
  • Familiarity with industry specific tools, such as: DCM, Segment, GA, GTM, Unbounce, DSPs, etc
  • Analytically driven with a strong understanding of data, related tools and the underlying methodologies used to inform decision making
  • Phenomenal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer empathy with a hyper-focus on what resonates with the target audience
  • Self-starter with an ability to navigate the organization to achieve individual and team goals
  • Growth mindset and opt for action (through testing, for example) when it comes to driving growth
  • Attention to detail and an ability to effectively balance big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Experience in start-up environments dealing with Travel, Finance, Auto, Furniture, or B2B lead generation, a plus
  • Passion for real estate/property management
  • Experience with SQL, a plus
