We are looking for an experienced RevOps Director to partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure our North Star metric is always revenue.
You will:Create workflows, build infrastructure and provide insights, giving the company a sustainable competitive advantageBuild cross-function metrics providing a single source of truth to measure, baseline, and optimize our revenue engineDrive sales efficiency through operational insights Identify, predict and reduce churnBuild dashboards, reports, forecasts that act to improve revenue predictabilityEnsure tech stack used by Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success delivers data insights needed to power strategic analysisStandardize comp plans, commission tracking and sales documentationStreamline our A/R collections and tighten our revenue recovery process
You have:8+ years working experience in SaaS Sales/Sales Operations2+ years Revenue Operations experience.Ability to think strategically and have long term vision for building the RevOps functionAction oriented and driven by resultsHands-on experience managing the revenue tech stackAbility to prioritize and adaptPassion for understanding the customer experienceAbility to distill and simplifyExperience working in high growth startup environments
