We are hiring an HR Generalist to support our team as we double in size over the next year throughout the United States and Europe. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this role will play an integral part in creating a smooth and positive employee experience to ensure our team continues to thrive. We are looking for someone with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement, an eye for detail in managing HR compliance and legal standards, and an enthusiasm for supporting both technical and non-technical teams.

You will: Collaborate with Director of People Operations to implement and administer scalable People programs and processes for growing, distributed teamMonitor the ever-changing state and federal regulations, applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures to ensure our complianceSupport the execution of People initiatives - including employee engagement surveys, review cycles, and compensation reviewsPartner with IT, Office & Workplace, Recruiting and various department hiring managers to provide a positive and smooth onboarding and offboarding experiencePartner with our external counsel to manage visa applications and immigration-related processes and inquiriesSupport recruiting efforts in benchmarking and leveling candidates for offers to maintain consistency within and across teamsTriage incoming employee inquiries and requests and direct them to the right resource or subject matter expertSuggest new procedures and policies improving the department and organization efficiency as a whole, and enhance the employee experience Maintain internal documentation for People information and processes and update as needed
You have:2-5 years of experience working in an HR Generalist roleExperience supporting distributed teams (remote offices and employees)Experience working in a high growth startup environmentKnowledge and background in HR compliance standardsTrack record of successfully implementing and managing HR programsA high value on leading with empathy when interacting with and supporting others
