The Lead BDR will be a critical component to an innovative fast-paced Sales Team. You will manage of team of high-performing Business Development Representatives to drive outbound prospecting (email, phone calls, & social media) into potential customers and grow the Rollbar footprint within existing enterprise accounts. The BDR team will support a team of Senior Account Executives in building pipelines and leading a territory and as the team's leader, you will coordinate our outbound efforts to optimize results.
You will:Report directly to VP WW Sales to develop strategic Team, Territory and account strategiesCoach a growing team of BDRs to help them achieve individual and team goalsEstablish key metrics and lead generation strategies to schedule targeted number of appointments for sales teamOptimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach to improve leads generatedArticulate the Rollbar technical and business value proposition to customersResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interest to stimulate opportunityConduct high level conversations with senior level executivesManage leads and territory in Salesforce.comConsistently over-achieve quotasCollaborate with Account Executives to develop a cohesive account strategy and execution plan
You have:3 years sales development experience at a SaaS B2B companyFearless attitude - proven track record at achieving measurable goals (Quota and activity metrics)Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environmentExperience using Salesforce.com preferredTeam player - working with your Account Executive to develop a territory planHaving implemented MEDDPIC and command of the message to BDR is a plus
