We are seeking a hungry sales master. Your superpower is identifying and closing sales. As a National Sales Manager, you will stimulate demand for Floom X’s wholesale service within the UK and US, by increasing Floom X’s brand and reputation within the florist community. This will involve building and managing a network and self-sourced pipeline of prospects and flagship accounts. Your objective is to onboard florists to purchase their supply through Floom X.

You should be a dynamic self-starter with 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Consulting. You take a consultative approach to uncovering clients’ business challenges and know how to act as a trusted partner to advise clients on how to best use a product.

You’re adept at solving problems that span business and technology, and you’re comfortable operating in ambiguity. You thrive in an ever-changing environment and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing. You’re eager to roll up your sleeves and help new clients execute on projects - there is no task ‘too small’ when it comes to helping partners succeed. You have exceptional project management and organisational skills that allow you to manage your book of business and juggle multiple projects. You also have a successful track record in meeting and exceeding revenue, client retention and client satisfaction KPIs. Background in the floral industry a bonus but not required.


  • Identify and secure florist partners who can commit to using Floom X as their wholesale provider.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting, engagement to closed.
  • Execute business strategy that meets or exceeds financial objectives and aggressive targets.
  • You will establish performance metrics, KPIs, reporting and pipeline management with regular reviews of established goals.


  • Minimum of 5+ years of business to business (B2B) sales and account management experience selling to small & mid-sized businesses with verifiable success records.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • You have excellent project management skills - follow up, prioritisation and multi-tasking.
  • You have a real strong passion for helping others succeed.
  • You thrive in solving problems and demonstrate the ability to improve processes.
