The Office Assistant at Flickr is a central conduit for ensuring that the entire Office runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll ensure the in-office experience is amazing for both the employees and visitors. The Office Assistant works directly with our Facilities Manager and VP of Finance to support office operations.

You Will:

  • Ensure welcome desk coverage and direct the flow of people during core business hours (9-5pm)
  • Facilitate receiving and sending packages and deliveries
  • Manage key vendor relationships
  • Inventory management of office supplies and Flickr swag
  • Manage our office request system (specifically Eden) and coordinate all tasks with the rest of the Facilities team
  • Work with Facilities and Finance team to ensure department/company needs are met and costs are controlled to reasonable levels
  • Plan and coordinate office events and parties
  • Project manage for key office/facilities projects that require extra organization and process
  • Assist with the Food program in the office as needed

You Have: 

  • Prior office management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • Proficient in computer skills - Apple products, Slack, Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Nice to Have:

  • Customer support experience
  • An affection for photography
