Contentful is looking for an ambitious individual to assist in the training and enablement of our partners.  This person will be responsible for training our partners on the benefits of contentful and how to position those benefits to customers.  Understanding how to differentiate Contentful from the pack, how to maximize the platform for scale, unique features and workflows as well as competitive positioning in the larger CMS space (both headless and legacy).

The enablement function collaborates closely with Partner Managers on each partner’s program to ensure that each partnership is growing with the attention it deserves. Successful members of the enablement team will have experience in partner marketing, relationship management, and channel sales, as well as a love of creative experimentation, since no two partners are truly alike.

What Excites You

  • Championing our partners and making them successful with Contentful
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Solutions Engineering, Product, and more to collaborate and execute on complex objectives
  • Flexing a variety of diverse business skills, from sales trainings to consulting with both Technology and Solution Partners around how to design and implement their Contentful integration
  • Assist in the development and curriculum of the enablement program that will be used for training.

What Excites Us

  • 4+ years experience in commercial technology partnerships, partner marketing, and/or channel sales; consideration will also be given to high-performing business generalists
  • Strong instincts around partner marketing, co-sales, and other commercial strategies
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally within the company (partnering with marketing, sales, design teams, etc.)
  • Available to travel 35% within EU & UK
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of APIs and the JAMStack Community
  • Excellent relationship skills
