Principal Technical Program Manager - Business Technology (Remote Eligible)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Business Technology organization.  In this leadership position will be responsible for leading large and complex IT initiatives from end to end.  A successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and have demonstrated expertise delivering projects in a fast-paced, SaaS environment across business platforms. You enjoy being in the center of an ever-evolving, rapidly moving environment where you can see the results of your efforts. 

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of programs and projects for cross functional initiatives across the enterprise
• Be the point person for ensuring clarity of strategic level goals and work cross-functionally to deliver results
• Partner with technical and business partners to drive initiatives to meet business and technology objectives
• Serve as the communications hub to provide clear and crisp transparency around status and progress of initiatives at all levels of the organization
• Maintain a continuous risk management approach that enables proactive decisions and actions
• Maintain a clear understanding of priorities to ensure expected outcomes are delivered
• Build alignment across multiple teams with a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
• Lead the scrum for one or more Business Technology delivery teams and champion the adoption of agile best practices across the organization

  Requirements 

• 8+ years of project and program management experience in a cloud organization with a focus on internal business platforms (Salesforce.com, Workday)
• 2+ years’ experience as a Scrum Lead within an IT organization
• Experience effectively communicating and presenting to audiences at all levels and geographically dispersed teams
• Demonstrated commitment to accountability and responsibility
• Ability to influence without authority
• Technical aptitude/affinity with experience working closely with technical teams
• Analytical and interpersonal skills and able to build bridges between groups for effective teamwork

Education and Training: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Training in Agile and Scrum
