The Program Planning & Strategy Sr. Manager is a management consulting role that will be responsible to conduct planning and diagnostic oriented engagements with clients utilizing Silverline methods and tools. Responsibilities may also include the development and documentation of strategic consulting methods, collaboration with other teams within the Advisory Practice, and the development of knowledge assets. This role will also assist with sales support activities including the design of consulting engagements and the estimation of effort required. Previous experience with this type of role is essential and a working knowledge of CRM programs is required.
