We are a small, quickly growing, fully remote tech startup. Responsibilities Work on leadership to junior-level roles (and everything in between!) across both technical and business verticalsReport directly to the Head of PeopleWork closely and build relationships with hiring managers across the companySource candidates for all roles Leverage creative techniques to identify talentConvey the vision, mission, values, and objectives of the company to candidatesBuild a diverse pipeline and partner with the team to remove bias from hiring decisionsProvide a delightful experience to every candidate, regardless of hiring outcomeCoordinate candidates throughout the processAnalyze recruiting metrics to pinpoint opportunity areas and implement solutionsResearch and present any new systems and tools necessary for successful hiringWork with the team to create an employer brandAssist with planning company retreats (we do them every 9 months)
