Overview of the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter with a full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting potential candidates to interviewing and hiring new great talents.

As a Recruiter, you will perform various activities in the human resources recruiting area, which includes identifying hiring needs, designing and planning recruiting strategy, sourcing and attracting candidates using various sources, like database and employee referrals, and filling job openings. Our ideal recruiter has experience in screening, interviewing, assessing potential candidates, and HR admin, is extremely organized and detail-oriented, and is dedicated to helping people and promoting the company’s core values.

Reporting to the Director of HR, this position will join a compact and efficient HR team overseeing 150+ remote staff members around the world, with direct impact on the HR strategy, and huge potential for growth!  


  • Actively source candidates for open roles (mostly in Sales and Operations) through database, job platforms, and social media
  • Design and implement recruiting strategy, staffing logistics, and manage recruiting budget
  • Collaborate with different department managers to put together a consistent list of requirements
  • Screen and conduct interviews of potential candidates on experience, skills, relevant knowledge, and education
  • Manage candidate pipelines for all open roles, end to end
  • Properly document and update recruiting processes
  • Perform background and reference checks and required legal paperwork processes
  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education

Desired Skills and Experience

Must have:

  • 1+ year experience recruiting for sales and/or Operations positions (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter) 
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Extremely Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in daily tasks
  • Excellent computer skills, experience using Excel and Google applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or prior experience in human resources
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to work 35+ hours per week during business hours (US Pacific Coast Time Zone)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in actively sourcing candidates
  • Experience in recruiting for technical roles (Engineers/developers)
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience working on a distributed team
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Experience using an ATS (experience with Greenhouse is a plus)
  • Spanish speaker is a plus
