Nava is a mission-driven company working to reimagine how our government serves its people. We’re growing quickly and we’re looking for a Recruiter Coordinator to help provide an excellent candidate experience to our expanding applicant pool.
You will work with the Director of Recruiting and recruiting team to coordinate across our candidates and interviewers, from initial call to onsite interview. As candidates' first point of contact, you’ll represent Nava by providing an exemplary interview experience.
You're an empathetic, detail-oriented doer who is good at balancing individual needs while maintaining a holistic big-picture mindset. You have a flexible, service-oriented attitude and can work seamlessly across multiple teams and offices.
What You'll DoCoordinate candidate interviews, from intake calls to full onsite panelsBook candidate travel while remaining within expense policiesBe our feet on the ground for candidates visiting the Nava DC officeWork with the recruiting team and hiring managers to unblock scheduling challenges as they ariseProvide additional logistical support to the recruiting team as needed
What We're Looking ForAt least one year working in a professional office environmentAt least one year of experience handling executive support or recruiting scheduling related functionsExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesExperience rapidly switching between tasks/putting out firesHigh level of polish in communication across all mediumsAn adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindsetHighly resourceful, reliable, and detail-oriented
Bonus ExperiencePrevious experience in the GovTech space2+ years in a coordinating rolePrevious experience in the recruiting spaceFamiliarly with recruiting tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, Entelo, etc.
