Regional Alliance Manager – Central Region (MN or MO based)
Work with Regional Team in the Central area and to define go to market plan for partners in Territory.
Recruit, enable and manage a set of Regional resell and referral partners in assigned territory.
Engage and connect focused ISV partners in region and ensure enablement of value proposition, integration and leverage to drive joint pipeline.
Leverage Strategic System Integrators in region to ensure coverage in Named and Enterprise accounts.
Build strong working relationship with all Named and Enterprise Sales, Service, Marketing and Enablement Teams.
Drive Influence and Sourced deals with defined Partners in order to achieve Quota Attainment.
Manage and report pipeline on regular basis.
8 Years minimum Channel and Alliance experience. Preferably in SAAS and Identity space.
Familiarity with Global and Regional SI’s in Cyber Risk and Identity Practices.
Understanding of ISV Partner ecosystem of Okta, with ability to articulate our Partnerships and Integration value proposition.
Track record of having and achieving Channel quotas.
Willingness and ability to travel within territory.
