As part of the demand generation team, you will be helping drive pipeline through a highly visible portfolio of regional marketing programs and events. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of integrated regional marketing programs and know-how to align with corporate goals. The role will require a proven ability to work with vendors, partners, and internal constituents through in-person events, email, direct mail, and must have the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. You’ll be responsible for executing programs that cover ANZ region, assisting in the coordination of lead-generating marketing and partner programs, and you’ll have the opportunity to become an expert in regional marketing.   

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with execution of integrated field marketing plans to generate qualified sales leads in support of company pipeline, revenue and customer community growth goals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Regional Marketing Manager on pre-event and campaign prep as well as post-campaign follow up with SDRs.
  • Help with the research and development of events, sponsorships, face to face marketing platforms that align with regional goals.
  • Support Regional Marketing Manager via communication of upcoming campaigns, and garner feedback for future optimization.
  • Provide detailed and transparent reporting on all aspects of lead acquisition activities including conversion, opportunity creation, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop assets needed for campaigns.
  • Work with the greater marketing team to develop/adapt marketing programs and materials as needed, including demand generation campaigns, customer success stories and content

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualities:

  • 5 years of marketing experience - SMB experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms a plus (preferably with Marketo and Salesforce)
  • Experience in executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing and lead generation programs, utilizing all digital channels. 
  • Experience working with field and channel partners
  • Strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic
  • Budget Management Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details & ability to manage several projects simultaneously
