You will play an instrumental part in growing 5CA’s business by crafting the right solutions for both new and existing clients. You will provide our customer-oriented teams with information, content, and tools so that they can be successful in the sales process.
The Sales Enablement Director position is a part of 5CA’s Sales Strategy team – a team that makes sure that our global Business Development & Account Management team has everything they need to be successful. As part of Sales Enablement, you are responsible for sales tools, sales-related reporting, and global bid management. You collaboratively work with the Marketing-, Operations- and Enablement department to craft innovative solutions for our clients and prospects. You closely monitor the sales process and recommend adjustments to optimize our win rate. You will report to our Director Sales Strategy.
