We are looking for an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to join the team and be both a strategist and a hands-on executioner of all demand generation and digital marketing activities. You will develop and scale marketing programs to identify, engage, and convert decision-makers at our target enterprise companies, as well as generate new signups to our self-serve funnel. Working cross-functionally with the broader marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams, you’ll touch all parts of the demand funnel and drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves demand gen funnels, is well versed in account-based marketing, and enjoys digging into the data to understand the impact of their campaigns.
You will: Create and execute demand generation programs to build and accelerate the pipeline using a variety of acquisition channels including sem, retargeting, content syndication, email marketing, direct mail, paid social, etcAlign closely with sales on account targeting and opportunities and build highly effective 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account-based marketing campaignsManage and execute different event formats to generate demand - such as webinars, dinners/sporting, third-party communities, conferences, tradeshows, and moreUnderstand our target audience and personas, design marketing experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaignsCollaborate closely with product marketing, content marketing, creative, and sales to create campaign messaging and content aligned with Rollbar’s positioning and messagingPartner with sales and BDRs to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up, build a consistent feedback loop, and continuously improve and optimize lead managementDevelop reporting on key KPIs, forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline and revenue
You have:4+ years of experience in demand generation (preferably marketing to enterprise companies); the right candidate must have experience both in defining the campaign strategy and executing marketing programsTrack record of hitting growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and conducting successful lead generation programs and campaignsExperience optimizing metrics, tracking performance against growth goals, and using data to generate actionable insightsHighly self-motivated and can work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional partnersAble to prioritize across multiple projects and multi-task across a number of initiativesExperience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics a plusExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
