We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive strategy for our core products and accelerate our growth in a fast-growing category. This is opportunity has the potential to grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams catering to developers and engineering leaders across startups and the enterprise.
You will:Define the strategy and roadmap for your products based on a wide range of inputs, and that ensures your team is working on the most impactful projectsLead a cross functional team of developers and UX designers in an agile and fast paced environment to deliver measurable resultsWork in close collaboration with marketing, sales and customer success to launch and ensure the commercial success of your new features and productsIterate frequently and make data-driven decisions to determine the most impactful product investmentsBuild deep customer and market understanding via user research, competitive analysis and product engagementOwn the quality of your products, and deliver world class software in every release
You have:4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS product management Proven success delivering innovative and impactful products to marketExperience with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions - you have conducted user research, beta testing, usability testing and have worked with user researchersAbility to make decisions without perfect information, and to clearly articulate the rationale behind them Ability to influence without authority across any job function - people love working with youAn entrepreneurial and self driven personality, you thrive in startup environments and show persistence in the face of challengesKnowledge of the developer tools market highly desirableStrong understanding of agile development philosophies and best practices
