Position Overview:

The Silverline Engagement Manager (SEM) is tasked with client, program, and project success. In this essential role, the SEM will develop and manage project lifecycles and delivery, including scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues, and escalations. Critical to the success of our projects is the SEM’s ability to set and manage client expectations throughout the course of the project and through transition to support (post go-live).

Primary responsibilities include overall responsibility for project success and customer success, as well as:

  • Optimize plans and resources to deliver maximum value to clients
  • Develop and nurture trusted adviser relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with project, leadership, and sales teams to bring thought leadership and the full force of Silverline to your engagements
  • Assist with Account Planning/Management and other pre-sales activities in new and existing logos
  • Lead project teams in development and execution of project plans including management of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Leverage Silverline Intellectual Property to drive customer value
  • Influence and coach customers throughout their Salesforce journey
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior resources
  • Make decisions that positively impact customer, departmental, and individual metrics

Core Requirements:

  • 12-20 years of consulting and project management experience, preferably within Financial Services (e.g., retail banking, commercial banking, insurance, capital markets, investment banking, real estate)
  • 5+ years of successful Salesforce.com deployment experience (Financial Services Cloud knowledge preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of Agile Best Practices, and familiarity with PMI processes and procedures
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills; very strong customer-facing skills

Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Salesforce.com certification (i.e., Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud)
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or similar)
  • Scrum Master Certification
