Job Summary

The Sr. IT Administrator will help manage our internal day-to-day technology operations. A successful candidate must be passionate about technology and possess a demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks, pay close attention to detail, and work independently as well as part of a team. The IT Administrator will be part of a team responsible for meeting Mynd’s technology needs as we grow, making recommendations for continuous improvement, and managing the implementation of new solutions.


  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance for all internal users throughout the organization, both in the office and in the field.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and OSs both in-person and remotely.
  • Provision hardware, including computers and phones, for new employees and assist with their on-boarding.
  • Maintaining network and application security on all desktops, servers and network appliances.
  • Be the first point of contact for issues regarding equipment, software and other IT requests.
  • Respond to service desk tickets and provide solutions for reported problems.
  • Communicate clearly with peers as well as management and provide technical leadership.
  • Provide updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users, via voicemail, email or in-person communication.
  • Coordinate activities with network services and information systems groups.
  • Test and install software upgrades.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Experience automating processes and operating at scale
  • Travel required.
  • IT industry certifications a plus.
