You bring the order into the Talent Acquisition team at 5CA! You, as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, will run the administrative backbone for the recruitment process within 5CA.
You are responsible for managing the planning, scheduling, and administrative side of the talent attraction, sourcing and interviewing process within our global Talent Acquisition team. 5CA has been experiencing double digit growth throughout the past few years, tripling in size over the past 12 months. Along with the company’s growth, the emphasis on attracting the right talent has grown as well. This is where you come in.
Within our TA team, we want Recruiters to focus on what they’re good at: engaging with top talent who may become our future co-workers. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage the administrative and other non-core tasks that a Recruiter currently deals with themselves. In doing so, you will be lightening the load of recruiters and taking ownership of administrative processes that are crucial to the recruitment process.
This is an in-office based position in our Head Office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
