Technical Project And Knowledge Manager

ModSquad’s Information Technology department is looking to expand to include an individual highly skilled in technical project and knowledge management to help us innovate and scale as we continue to adopt new technologies.  This role will be pivotal to ensuring our investment in world class tools supporting internal and client initiatives are well utilized, integrated, documented, and communicated.  Working as part of the Enterprise Applications team and IT department at large, the right candidate will be a significant contributor to decisions that impact the company as a whole.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish and implement learning processes and strategies for all ModSquad technology users
  • Define the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level
  • Analyze the effectiveness of knowledge management programs by measuring usage and evaluating organizational impact
  • Establish writing guidelines based on knowledge base best practices
  • Drive technology adoption through regular engagement with users on sentimentManage technical project timelines and project plans based, clearly communicating expectations to all stakeholders and providing support where necessary.
  • Assist in determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for technical projects or initiatives
  • Assist in researching and evaluating software, primarily SaaS tools, that could be utilized to improve user experience, reduce effort, or increase ModSquad security posture
  • Assist in administering all SaaS toolsSkills and Experience
  • Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in managing projects in a services environment preferred
  • 3+ years experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of technical writing, particularly in explaining processes concisely for consumption by less-technical personnel
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively
  • High EQ and Sense of humor are required
