About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us grow and scale the team by leading a great candidate journey experience. We're growing fast and need an enthusiastic Recruiter to help us identify the best candidates, be their first point of contact acting as Mattermost Brand Ambassador while being open to working with a high volume of applicants. In this role, you’ll work with distributed teams and candidates all across the globe. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to have a real impact on the teams you are part of.
ResponsibilitiesSource, interview, and evaluate candidates based on our Leadership principlesPromote our open-source, remote-first cultureCreate an excellent candidate journey for all the applicants that will be part of their pool of candidates Evaluate the candidate interest and ability to thrive in an open-source, remote cultureWork close to the open-source community, creating awareness and a long term relationship with potential candidatesTake ownership of your pipeline, updating the team on progress and challenges, and keeping candidates moving through the pipeline efficiently Provide key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruiting process
Requirements+ 3 years experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a global capacity within the open-source software industryProven success in recruiting and filling technical positionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all levelsCollege / University degree in Human Resources or related field
