Requirements5+ yrs of experience in Full Cycle RecruitingSolid ability to evaluate candidatesHands-on experience with online sourcing toolsExperience working at a tech startup and knowledge about cryptocurrencies preferredFamiliarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably LeverExperience working with recruiting agencies preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong decision-making skills
