Our mission to make repeat orders easier began five years ago as a bootstrapped startup and today we're at the forefront of recurring billing software with over 150 remote-first employees around the globe processing tens of millions of dollars in sales every week.

With big hiring plans for 2020 and beyond we're looking for an in-house Talent Scout to aggressively find and engage talent for our Engineering and Product teams.

The position is likely the most exciting opportunity on our team to grow your skills in the technical sourcing space, especially in areas of API, Analytics and Product. As a talent scout you’ll get to work alongside phenomenal engineering talent in a fast paced high-growth ‘hack’ environment. You’ll partner with awesome talent partners and own creative sourcing, top of funnel metrics and be the face of the business to our external talent pool.

What You’ll Do

  • Live by and champion our values: #ownership, #empathy, #simple-solutions.
  • Work closely with hiring teams to understand our culture, the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company. 
  • Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns that actually work.
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of boolean, LinkedIn, etc
  • Build ‘just in time’ talent pipelines of qualified engineering candidates.
  • Screen and qualify passive candidates for experience competencies, culture attributes and core values.
  • Work hard and have fun as part of a small but growing team that's building a rapidly scaling company. 

What You’ll Bring

  • Typically, 1-4 years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience working in fast paced environments
  • 1+ years of technical sourcing experience on an in-house team preferred
  • Experience driving outcomes and sourcing software engineering and product candidates
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with teammates, candidates and clients
  • Technical sourcing background or enthusiasm for technology in general 
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Adaptable problem-solving ability to adjust the search for talent and find the right match
  • Ability to produce results independently and under tight deadlines
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Hiretual, Entelo or other sourcing tools
  • Desire to work remotely and make an impact at a boot-strapped start-up
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
