The position is likely the most exciting opportunity on our team to grow your skills in the technical sourcing space, especially in areas of API, Analytics and Product. As a talent scout you’ll get to work alongside phenomenal engineering talent in a fast paced high-growth ‘hack’ environment. You’ll partner with awesome talent partners and own creative sourcing, top of funnel metrics and be the face of the business to our external talent pool.
