We are looking for a community support expert with great customer service experience and an enthusiastic attitude. We currently have a full-time opportunity for a qualified agent in the United Kingdom to join the support team for our client, Vimeo, a leading online video platform. Responsibilities include providing ticket support through Zendesk to assist customers that use the Vimeo platform.
What you’d be doing for support:Answering tech support and customer service questions via email and chatIdentifying recurring customer issues, helping to solve them, and escalating them to others for reviewStaying up-to-date about the latest bugs, feature launches, and policy changes through reading emails from Vimeo’s HQ teamWriting customer response templates and online help documentationHaving virtual coffee with us
What we’re looking for:Amazing written English communication skillsInternet savvyExcellent attention to detail and ability to recognize patternsGreat people skills and a desire to learn new thingsAble to handle multitasking in multiple windows and programsSerious candidates only - this is a long-term positionAvailable Wednesday to Sunday, 8am-5pm Local time Experience using Live StreamingAbility to relate with Live Streaming users and the issues they encounter when trying to stream or set up a new streamAn understanding of different streaming protocolsExperience with technical and web browser troubleshooting methods
Bonus Qualifications:You’ve got a leg up if you have customer service experience (and two legs up for online support or community experience)Experience in / passion for film and video is a plusYour family and friends come to you for all their tech support needs
